In the 1980's, Bonds collaborated with Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, resulting in "This Little Girl" (#11) and "Out of Work" (#21). Gary also co-wrote "She's All I Got" in 1972. Recorded by Johnny Paycheck, it was nominated for Country Music Song of the Year.

Opening the show are The Fireflies, a doo wop group from Long Island. Their hits were "You Were Mine" and "I Can't Say Goodbye." They were the first all-white vocal harmonizing group to perform at the world famous Apollo Theatre and are the perfect opening act for the show. Five great acts; one great night of countless hits. Thanks to fans for keeping our great music alive!
